With 15 years experience as a full-time Realtor, I've worked through all kinds of markets - buyers' markets, sellers' markets, balanced markets, low inventory time, etc. It takes creativity, fortitude, and a sense of humor to manage the housing market, clients, other Realtors, other buyers and sellers and all the moving parts to bring a transaction to closing. This is where I excel in maintaining balance and calm in this potentially chaotic industry.
Prior to my real estate career I was a programmer at Chubb & Son; a business consultant for Pricewaterhouse Cooper (PwC), and a business analyst and testing analyst for IBM.
